How to make it
❶ Thinly slice the onion with a knife and beat the eggs.
❷ Cut the fried shrimp cutlets into 2 cm pieces.
❸ Combine the seasonings. Add (B) to a bowl and mix well, then add (A) and mix.
❹ Put 2 in a Teflon-coated frying pan and bring to a boil, then add the onions.
❺ Once the onions are soft, arrange the shrimp cutlets and pour in the eggs.
❻ After 30 seconds, turn off the heat, cover and leave until cooked.
❼ Place 4 on top of the rice. Finally, garnish with a mitsuba leaf.
